Custom metal condiment caddies for Red Rooster Ice House
Project Summary
The goal of this project was to develop a high-durability, branded organization solution for Red Rooster Ice House. Moving away from "off-the-shelf" wire holders, we designed and manufactured custom condiment caddies that align with the restaurant's industrial-meets-rustic aesthetic while optimizing table space.

Design & Specifications
These caddies were engineered to solve the specific clutter challenges of a busy ice house environment.
Material: 14-gauge cold-rolled steel for maximum weight and stability (preventing tipping on outdoor or uneven tables).
Finish: Industrial-grade powder coating. This finish was chosen for its superior resistance to moisture, UV fading, and frequent sanitization compared to other coating methods.
Custom Compartmentalization: Unlike standard holders, these units feature laser-cut dividers sized specifically for the Red Rooster essentials:
Standardized sauce bottles.
Salt and pepper shakers.
A dedicated slot for menus or promotional "LTO" (Limited Time Offer) cards.
Sugar packet section with dividers
A central integrated handle for easy clearing and cleaning by staff.
